He could have been an IAS officer, but Deepak Saha chose to return home to rural Bihar. His NGO is called Jaiprabha Mahila Vikas Kendra. Deepak has set up schools, community centres, and vocational training centers. He has revived dried wells and set up dams to encourage farming.
